The people I work with
For leaders and teams carrying more than others can see

The people I work with are often capable, conscientious and deeply committed.

They are the leaders others rely upon. The people who hold complexity, make difficult decisions, absorb pressure and keep things moving when circumstances become uncertain.

They may look as though they are managing well.

And often, they are.
But something may have become harder than it needs to be.

The responsibility has grown. A relationship has become strained. The team is no longer having the conversations that matter. A familiar way of working is no longer resolving the challenges in front of them.

They do not need to become harder, more certain or more self-sufficient.

They may need more space to think, clearer boundaries around what is theirs to carry, and support to meet the situation with greater capacity and connection.

I work with executives, senior leaders, managers and teams across Australia and internationally.

Leaders at a threshold

I work with leaders who are navigating a significant transition: a new role, restructure, expanded responsibility, career crossroads or a period when the next step is not obvious.

They may be asking:
  • What does this moment require of me?
  • How do I lead through this without losing connection with what matters?
  • What is mine to carry—and what is not?
  • How do I make a decision when there is no simple answer?
  • Who do I want to become in this next chapter?

This work creates room to step back from immediate pressure, see the wider pattern and make more intentional choices about how to lead.

Leaders navigating conflict or complexity

I work with leaders who are caught in a difficult relationship, team dynamic or organisational pattern.

There may be tension with a peer, a loss of trust within a team, an unresolved issue with a sponsor or a conversation that has become difficult to begin.

Often, the difficulty is not simply about the latest incident.

It may involve untested assumptions, unclear boundaries, competing expectations, a reluctance to bring difficult news early or a pattern of taking responsibility for more than belongs to one person.

Together, we make space to understand what is happening, name what matters and create a more useful way forward.

Curiosity does not make a hard conversation softer. It makes it more truthful.

Teams ready for a more useful conversation

I work with teams that care about their work and want to function well together, but have become caught in patterns that good intentions alone cannot resolve.

Perhaps conversations stay polite but do not go anywhere. Perhaps accountability is unclear. Perhaps a few people are carrying too much while others have stepped back. Perhaps change, pressure or conflict has weakened trust.

This work is for teams ready to move beyond surface agreement and towards greater clarity, shared responsibility and the capacity to speak about what matters.

We work with the real conditions the team is facing—not an idealised version of teamwork.

Organisations at an inflection point

I work with organisations navigating significant change: restructures, leadership transitions, cultural shifts, challenging stakeholder relationships or moments when different parts of the system need to find a way forward together.

These moments require more than a new plan.

They require thoughtful facilitation, clear thinking and the ability to hold multiple perspectives without rushing to premature agreement.

I support organisations to create the conditions for conversations that lead somewhere: conversations where people can see the patterns shaping the issue, work with difference and make more considered decisions together.

This work may be for you if

  • You are leading through change, uncertainty or competing demands.
  • You are trusted to hold a great deal, and it is beginning to feel unsustainable.
  • You are navigating a difficult relationship, conflict or loss of trust.
  • You want to strengthen accountability without relying on blame or control.
  • You are at a professional crossroads and want to make the next decision with care.
  • Your team needs a more open, constructive way to work through what is difficult.
  • You want support that honours both your humanity and your responsibility.

A final word

You do not need to have everything worked out before you begin.

You may only know that something needs attention: a pattern that keeps repeating, a conversation that has been postponed, a decision that feels difficult to make alone or a sense that the way you have been leading is no longer sustainable.

That is enough.

The work begins by making space to see what is happening, what matters now and what might become possible from here.
