Our podcast is dedicated to leadership and we talk to leaders from across the globe about the 'Elephants In The Room' when it comes to leadership. The issues and concerns that leaders grapple with every day and yet rarely get to talk about.

What does it look like to commit your life to a noble goal? A goal that provides you with an enduring sense of purpose, that inspires others, and gets you out of bed in the morning. I know that for many of us this can sound over the top and too altruistic and raise questions about whether or not anyone actually live like this. When Anindita and I talked to Amit Jain, Co-Founder Mitti Ke Rang we found someone who is an inspiring example of this what is possible when we get clear about our own sense of purpose and start connecting our daily choices to what really matters to us. This month Anindita and I speak to Benita Chick, the founder of Encompass HK and an advocate raising awareness for LGBTQ and gender equality issues in Hong Kong and Asia, and a spokesperson for Sustainable Development Goals and D&I. Our conversation touched on many factors including: the challenges of living in a polarized world; the need to listen to each other; understanding as a leader you have certain biases; the need for creating psychological safety; her love of diving and much, much more. A woman of action, who is courageous, thoughtful and humble. Benita’s vision is to alleviate inequality problems in the world through education and sensitization of individuals and organisations. A Leadership Path with Heart.
