My raison d'être is this: to help people show up — not performing, not managing impressions, but genuinely present and alive in their own lives. For themselves, for the people they work with, live with, and for the world.
I believe every person carries something essential that deserves to be expressed, not squashed. My work is grounded not in fixing what's broken, but in activating what's already there. The work isn't about becoming someone new. It's about becoming more fully who you already are.
I draw on poetry, metaphor, and story as real working tools. I work with courage, curiosity, and genuine partnership. And I hold, at the heart of everything, the African philosophy of Ubuntu — I am because we are.
