Empowering leaders and their teams to access greater ease, confidence and courage as they navigate an increasingly complex and uncertain world. Supporting them to build a stronger foundation to navigate the challenges they face, whilst building higher levels of trust and expanding their capacity to cultivate healthier and more resilient relationships in the face of uncertainty whilst expanding their capacity to cope, connect, create and contribute.
I believe that:
  • ​We have a choice about how we respond and how we turn up in the world, no matter the circumstance we find ourselves in. I am devoted to creating spaces to support people activate these capacities and expand what's possible for them.
  • The possibility for learning and growth is present in most every situation we encounter if we are prepared to perceive and embrace it.
  • The stories we tell about ourselves frame our experience in the same way a picture frame frames a picture and it’s never too late to choose a new story and to open up to what might be possible.

An internationally accredited coach, facilitator, mediator and consultant with expertise in human and organisational dynamics and over 25 years’ experience as a consultant, change agent, and senior manager. During that time, I have led, designed and implemented a diverse range of initiatives in the areas of organisational development, staff engagement, change management, and leadership development

  • International Coach Federation’s Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
  • Nationally accredited mediator (NMAS).
  • Certified in: Conversational Intelligence; Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence and Vital Signs Assessments, Narrative Coaching trained and Integrative Development Practitioner, Dare to Lead trained.
