Stand at the edge of a new beginning

​How we respond to whatever is unfolding in our lives is critical.  I've found that wonderful things can happen when I have the courage to say "Yes" to those unexpected invitations that emerge at the edge of new beginnings.   I see this unfold in my clients lives as well when they are brave enough to step up and say "Yes".

​​You see, I believe, that life is constantly inviting us to dive deeper, inviting us to grow and evolve, to connect at deeper levels to what is evolving for us.  It’s nudging us to take stock, to look at what is unfolding and ask ourselves: 

• What’s really important here?
• Who do I want to be in response to these challenges?
• What do I stand for? And what will I stand against?
• Who and what does my work serve?
• What are the lessons that life is giving me and asking me to step up to right now?
• What might I regret in five years if I don’t start to engage with it now?
• What might these events be preparing me for?
• How might these challenges be a gift?
• What do I sense is mine to do?

So invite you to say "Yes" more often to whatever is unfolding in your life. "Yes" to what matters most to you; "Yes", to showing up more and more in your fullness; "Yes" to your life; "Yes" to diving deeper and "Yes" to inquiring more deeply into the things that matter most to you.  By changing this one thing, you change everything.

​In this year of unprecedented challenge and disruption, as new beginnings emerge for you, how will you choose to respond? Will you be brave enough to say "Yes"?
