"Leadership Stories" Podcast Launched this Week

​What is it about leadership that promises so much; the power, prestige and the ability to have impact that often fills us with a sense of exuberance; and yet so often fails to live up to this potential? 

​In the Leadership Stories Podcast Series we will be talking to leaders, we know and admire, about their lived experience as leaders and the lessons they have learnt along the way.

We will be inviting leaders from across the globe to talk about their stories and things that they never get to talk about - where does leadership begin and where does it stop, the grit and determination it takes to claim authority, the pain and paradoxes to be found in leadership,  the need for self-care in the midst of all the chaos and much more.

Join us in a understanding of leadership like never before. It is a topic we cannot ignore because natural and great leaders do not magically emerge. They are made through methodical studying and practicing leadership and by emulating great leadership. For a diamond doesn’t start out polished and shining, however, with enough pressure and time, it becomes spectacular.​
