Being a good leader is not only about you doing well but how to listen to each other

This month Anindita and I speak to Benita Chick, the founder of Encompass HK and an advocate raising awareness for LGBTQ and gender equality issues in Hong Kong and Asia, and a spokesperson for Sustainable Development Goals and D&I.

Our conversation touched on many factors including: the challenges of living in a polarized world and the need to listen to each other; understanding that as a leader you have certain biases; the need for creating psychological safety, her love of diving and much, much more.
