Work through issues and challenges in a safe and supportive process

We offer custom designed and facilitated programs (half day & full day) to enable leaders and their teams to work through issues and challenges in a safe and supportive process that leads to greater insights and skills.

Our methodology is based on a blend of action learning combined with key insights from Conversational Intelligence®, emotional intelligence, change and contemporary neuroscience research.

The action learning process of Engage – Practice – Reflect provides the overarching structure for our workshops and provides the structure for individual activities within the overall workshop process that is part of an iterative process designed to build momentum.

We will work with you to design and facilitate a workshop that specifically meets your needs using a range of facilitation methods and techniques to achieve the agreed outcome. Typically the types of workshops we design and facilitate include: focus groups, project reviews; team development, staff engagement reviews, leadership team reviews, change support workshops and master classes.
