We work with our clients to design and facilitate initiatives that set the stage for executives to create breakthroughs, sustain positive change, and build leadership strength within their organisations. We also coach, partner with and assist executives in designing roadmaps to facilitate ongoing conversations to rethink and reshape strategies and practices for success in a world that is in constant change.
We offer custom designed and facilitated programs (half day & full day) to enable leaders and their teams to work through issues and challenges in a safe and supportive process that leads to greater insights and skills.
The starting point for all our coaching is the assertion that people are, by their very nature, creative, resourceful and whole. We use brain based coaching methodologies and Conversational Intelligence® frameworks to facilitate positive change by improving thinking and facilitating insight to overcome barriers and create improvements.
We are devoted to supporting the early resolution and management of conflict to restore and rebuild working relationships wherever possible. We offer Conflict Coaching, Facilitated Discussion and Workplace Mediation services.
