Our emotional agility coaching is supported by a range of scientifically validated measurement tools to improve effectiveness and the outcomes for leaders. We use these tools to address gaps if leaders believe they need additional resources or where the introduction of a concept would support and deepen insights for a leader in what they want to work on in coaching.

LEADERSHIP VITAL SIGNS

SEI - SIX Seconds Emotional Intelligence Assessment

The SEI is a scientifically validated, practical measure of emotional intelligence with an action-oriented model supporting people to use and improve their EQ skills.
