​Fueled by curiosity and an intense desire to understand things, learning deepens our experiences and infuses everyday life with vitality, freshness, opportunities and joy. Learning is an invitation to develop a new relationship with our internal and external experiences through the harvesting of insights, wisdom and new perspectives that create more space for our full humanity, the pain and suffering, the joy and fulfillment. As human beings, we are social creatures that long for connection and belonging. The key nutrients for partnering are learning, growing and nourishing and the first step is understanding how to create positive and healthy environments where learning, growth and nourishment can become a way of life. When we can do this, we ward off the toxicity that limits life, health and well-being.
