We believe that being an exceptional leader begins with personal leadership and that knowledge of your own behavioural drives is essential for this.

Management Drive Individual Behavioural Profiles (MDA) provide leaders with powerful insights into their dominant thinking patterns and therefore their propensity to certain types of behaviour. We recommend that these profiles form the foundation for our executive coaching services because of the powerful insights they provide leaders into their unique behavioural drives. As a result MDA profiles provide a strong foundation for personal leadership and the journey towards exceptional leadership.

The insights enable leaders to understand how their behaviours play out under normal and stressed conditions including the positive, negative and exaggerated aspects of their behaviours. Being armed with these powerful insights allows leaders to take maximum advantage of their unique strengths and gives them a clear idea of how others are likely to perceive their behaviour.
