The Leadership Vital Signs (LVS) provides feedback on the drivers of organisational performance and measures the capacities of leaders to foster a context of trust in order to: inspire deep motivation, achieve smooth execution, create effective teamwork, and transform resistance in readiness for change.
Leadership Vital Signs assessments are offered both as an individual self-assessment and as a 360 degree feedback assessment.
