When Anindita and I spoke to Jane Morgan about leadership and what it really takes to develop leadership in yourself and others our conversations touched on several factors that Jane saw as essential including: psychological safety, the need for connection, the importance of finding your voice as leader if you want to have an impact, the significance of cultivating relationships and not isolating yourself, and much. much more.
